model Marine Gaudin (Supreme Management)
interview Cyril Vinchon
Marine Gaudin has certainly made a name for herself in the fashion world. Having forged a career in modeling and worked with esteemed names such as Hermès, Eudon Choi, Osman, Sportmax, she’s certainly one to watch out for in the future, with a talent that’s leading the way for unique modeling in the fashion industry.
Describe yourself in three words.
Persevering, down-to-earth and loyal.
Can you tell us about your career path?
When I was sixteen, I was out shopping with my mom in a shopping mall when a photographer asked me to pose for him. My mom came to the photo shoot and after that he introduced us to a Spanish modeling agency which is where my career as a model began. Once I had finished my academic studies at university, I took up modeling full time.
What’s your best modeling souvenir?
A five-day trip (including two preparatory days with a contemporary dance choreographer) to Thailand to film a commercial for a Hermès fragrance. It’s by far and away my best souvenir.
New York, London, Milan, or Paris?
I love New York.
Your favorite film/book?
Les fleurs du Mal by Charles Baudelaire.
The last thing you ate?
I had a meal at my friends’ house, and they cook really well: melon with cured Bayonne ham for the starter, followed by roast duck stuffed with foie gras served with garlic green beans and then a greengage crumble for dessert.
Never give up!
When you’re older, you see yourself…
In a rocking-chair surrounded by cats!
